Your Forum will have a stand at this year’s Pyrford Flower Show on July 8th, as well as having a great day out why not come come along for a chat and see what’s on. We still want to recruit new members so why not get your friends to come along and join,
membership is free! Pyrford Green Belt Action Group representatives will also be with us so you'll get two for the price of one and the opportunity to talk to them as well.
We have a raffle with a fantastic prize, a half hour flight for two (weight dependant) around Pyrford. The winner will have the chance of a
‘Birds Eye’ view of Pyrford from the air in a
Piper PA 28 aircraft out of nearby
Fairoaks Airport. You will get a full lap of Pyrford and if time permits, your Captain, Ian Whittle, may even take you out for an aerial view of Guildford too! To whet your appetite there will be some aerial photographs on display which were taken in 2016. Come along to the
Pyrford Neighbourhood Forum stand for a chance to buy that lucky ticket for a superb prize!
You will note from the list below that your committee are the major winners in our
200 Club monthly draw. That’s because all of them are members, we need more support from residents and would be really grateful if you were to join. Over 50% of the prize money is paid out to the winner’s, so your chance of winning is pretty good; the balance is for the Forums funds. Site Allocations DPD - No movement on destiny of our fields on Upshott Lane - the Council can't/won't even give us a schedule of when they'll review the Martyrs Lane consultation!! No news is good news or beware the kick into the long grass???
PNF AGM - will be Friday 10th November and we'll have important changes to our constitution for you to vote on, now that the Plan is finished and accepted.
