   Yes indeed the farm stand will be open on Wednesday June 21st Noon-6 PM. Fully stocked with  all pork including bacon chops, sausages, hot dogs, eggs, broccoli, swiss chard, pot pies, pierogies and a whole lot more!!!  Plus the taps are open in case you need a "hump"day drink - we have NYS beer, hard cider and wine on TAP! And if you peek into the kitchen you may just see just how William makes those amazing meat pies, as we start to prep for Sunday!
SEE YOU THIS  SUNDAY June 25 at the FARM!!! 1-5 PM!!

Great friend and neighbor of the farm William Charnock will be back to make his Authentic British meat pies. This year there will be three options - a traditional steak pasty, Ray's Pork with fennel and apple and a new cheese recipe (chunks of cheese not grated), potato slices and onion. Plus  lots of sides and sweets and vegetarian options too!!!   We are making 500 so we should not sell out!!!

Nothing will taste better with the pasties than what we have on tap - our farm brewed beer, NYS Riesling and Rose , AND  Nine Pin Cider on tap and in cans! Kid friendly drinks as well.

cash and credit cards will be accepted.

Cidre Rosé, a limited edition collaboration with product from Niskayuna-based Capoccia Vineyards. This cider is made from a unique combination of Samascott Orchards apples, co-fermented with the skins of New York grown grape varietals: Concord, Traminette, Chancellor, and Noiret from Capoccia Vineyards. The resulting fusion of these local ingredients gives this cider a full bodied flavor profile with complex grape aromas.
Ginger, a spicy yet balanced cider created from a blend of dessert apples from Samascott Orchards and infused with ginger and orange peel.
Original Signature,the flagship product using a blend of apples from Samascott Orchards. It is an off dry sparkling cider with a crisp, bold, and refreshing
