Dear friends,
I am sending this holiday weekend reminder to let you know of the opportunities that are coming up this week. Our Summer session begins tomorrow and through the holiday week. We hope that you continue (or begin) to commit to yourself with this very healthy habit that we call yoga. Some of us know very little about who we truly are, what makes us happy, what is going on in our bodies, or what it is that we are supposed to do while we are here. "Yoga is the journey of the Self, through the Self, to the Self". Being on our mat is a way to be growing our awareness of our own body, mind, spirit, and our role on this beautiful Earth. Registration can happen in studio, or by visiting the web-site below.
We also have a teacher training opportunity. If you feel inspired to learn more or to teach, we have a Level 1 teacher training July 8 and 9, from 8am-6pm each day. I have 2 comp spots left, and we would love to fill them. We ask that you make a donation to the CATHE if you choose to invest. Talk to me if this message is calling to you.
