I give permission for photos of me / for photos of my child to be used for club promotion purposes including but not limited to the Club’s website and printed promotional material such as posters, fliers and newspaper articles.
WILLIAMSTOWN ATHLETIC CLUB DECLARATION: I hereby apply for membership of the Williamstown Athletic Club Incorporated and as a condition of membership I agree to be bound by the Constitution, By-Laws and Codes of Conduct of the Club.
