Would you like to help us identify if your community members are aware of one or more of the 9 Ways to Grow Healthy Colorado Kids messages? Would you like to know if they have considered or made a change as a result of hearing or seeing the messages?
You are receiving this email because you or your organization has been a recipient of 9 Ways messaging materials (e.g., handouts, posters, newsletter). We would like to request your support and collaboration by disseminating a short early childhood obesity prevention awareness survey at your organization.
The survey is available in English (https://tinyurl.com/9WaysSurvey) and Spanish (https://tinyurl.com/9ManerasEncuesta) and will take about 5 minutes to complete.
The survey will remain open until September 8, 2017.
Please let us know any additional information you may need. Begin asking your community to fill out the survey today. Let them know we want to hear what they have to say, their responses are confidential (unless entering drawing for a $25 gift card to Target or King Soopers) and will support program improvements.
