With a new executive order, Governor John Hickenlooper committed Colorado to working to cut emissions more than 26 percent by 2025. Governor Hickenlooper's plan includes constructing
electric vehicle charging stations, reducing emissions in government buildings and compelling utilities towards cleaner energy sources, all without imposing any rules.
