On 17th May in Alicante, the Interreg MED Programme organised a community building event entitled "We are MED - Going beyond thematic communities". The event was "the occasion to work together on a common work methodology and last but not least build a strong Interreg MED community". Talia, the project responsible for building the Social&Creative community, was there. (Photo from @interregmed)

Learn, discuss and share: "open DOORS" new on line forum

The modular project "open DOORS" have just launched their forum on-line: http://opendoors-network.eu/. Please, feel free to share it, participate and join discussions, experiences or ideas.
open DOORS has also opened a new page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/openDOORS.interregMedProject/) that replace the previous group.
Prominent MED: "PPI and market consultation

Prominent MED focuses on the use of Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) to stimulate the adoption of innovative products and services that can improve the quality of the services for citizens. PPI will be related to innovative energy efficient materials and processes for public building energy refurbishment.

Launching of the Mediterranean multilevel governance Platform in the framework of Interreg MED programme (PANORAMED)
September 27th, Seville (Spain)

Within the new MED Programme architecture, the 3 levels of impact are ensured by modular and horizontal projects and by the governance platform project of Axis 4. The Axis 4 will support the relevant public authorities and stakeholders define a transnational governance joint framework and vision for the identification and implementation of shared approaches, policies and strategic projects on set themes. For this purpose, the Axis 4 envisages the design and implementation of a multi-level permanent dialogue and decision making process – a “Platform” – of national and regional authorities, involving relevant stakeholders, programmes, organisations and networks acting in the Mediterranean. More information
