The Regenda Group is now looking to recruit new members to join its Group Board of Directors. These are truly exciting positions which will help develop the strategic outlook of a hugely aspirational and diverse group of companies.
About the role
These are fantastic opportunities for talented, experienced and innovative individuals to join a great organisation at a strategic level.
As a Group Board member you will be responsible for steering the strategic direction of the Group, ensuring compliance with the guiding principles helping to establish policies and plans to achieve the Group’s strategic aims. You will ensure that the correct frameworks of delegation and control are in place to achieve the highest possible standards of corporate governance across the Group. Using your skills and experience you will monitor and influence business decisions to ensure the highest levels of performance, efficiency and customer service.
