We hope this note finds you well.
We held our first ever Office Hours meet-up this week and we were overwhelmed by the cool, smart, interesting individuals that read our weekly missives here. Thank you for all of your support! Now, some of our finds below may seem slightly alarmist but consider them more as public service - the more you know, the more clearly you can carve out a path that is more conscious, enriching and fundamentally empowering.

Explore: Our local environments have a huge impact on our behaviour, which includes work spaces too. Some of you may be familiar with 'The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up' by Marie Kondo. This article applies this principle to de-cluttering your work day.
READ: A book that is currently blowing our minds 'Warnings; Finding Cassandra's To Stop Catastrophes'. In Greek mythology Cassandra was a soothsayer of calamities who was cursed by the gods to be ignored. The co-authors of Warnings take this premise and apply it to the real world and uncover the real life Cassandras in our own society who are sidelined, and the price we pay for it. Intense? Perhaps. Essential reading? Yes.

Experiment: If you're a child, have an inner child, have a real child, are a human with curiosity, a person who likes fun stuff etc., try these home science experiments.
