Acceptable Alternate Delivery Options for D-110, D-311, & D-312

NWCG will no longer distribute materials for the alternate delivery of D-110, Expanded Dispatch Recorder; D-311, Initial Attack Dispatcher; and D-312, Aircraft Dispatcher. Instructors should acquire and use them as follows:

For established courses, acquire through the NFES Catalog, Part 2 (PMS 449-2)
For alternate versions, contact the National Coordination Training Subcommittee

All courses should be conducted according to established NWCG standards.

Geographic Areas that are using materials with modified cover pages and revised front matter (adjusted certification dates, lists of SMEs, etc.) need to remove them from the course material.

NWCG operations standards are interagency by design; they are developed with the intent of universal adoption by the member agencies. However, the decision to adopt and utilize them is made independently by the individual member agencies and communicated through their respective directives systems.
