Side effect of being in alignment

Have you ever said that you feel something in every cell of your body? Well, you are quite correct. It is anatomically true that you feel at the cellular level. A chemical is released with every thought, feeling, and action…
Read more here on how to evoke a positive difference …

To be aligned in spirit, mind and body is heaven on earth. You are freed of the constraints fear has on you. What more can I say? That pretty much sums up my point! Ask yourself the following:

Would I like to be less reactive and rather, be more responsive with a sense of empathy?

To seek understanding with compassion is likely what others would want from you. Now, really sit with this and evaluate if you really want to feel more… that’s right because understanding stems from empathy, having empathy makes you vulnerable…

Many of us may perceive vulnerability as a weakness and strive to avoid it. Yet, think of it this way; how can you be caring, sensitive to other’s needs, be of service and, at the same time, not be vulnerable? Don’t you think it requires openness to be a willing participant in any cooperative effort? Whether this be in the work place or in deeper connections with others, relational skills are all rooted in venerability. To be "open" is, in essence, vulnerability - in a healthy way!

The first Saturday in the month of July is International Day of Cooperatives. The United Nations recognizes and reaffirms the role of cooperatives in economic, social and cultural development and in the achievement of social policy objectives. Furthermore, July 30th every year is National Day of Friendships. I encourage you to be thinking about how you value having relationships and how you influence others as well as the world around you! How do you contribute? When we give, we are also validated. This is true for so many of us when we put our selves out there in service and are appreciated for it! Are you wondering how this ties into health from a clinical view? Specializing in pain and stress resolution, I find it most beneficial to work on reconciliation of the heart. In doing so, one must first become aware of the subconscious beliefs. Contraction of muscles and chronic tension are often resulting from an underling emotion (cellular memory). Additionally, I help others to find joy both inside and outside of themselves. If you are realizing that you don't quite have the life you want in EVERY area, I challenge you to come for a biofeedback scan and let it tell us some underlying emotions in your electromagnetic field (energy body).
