Do Gnomes Exist?
I believe they do! I know I did share a link to my latest post in last week's newsletter, but I wanted to give it a proper spread this week. Big Creek's Gnome Village Garden is probably one of my favorite posts, and it was definitely one of my most favorite projects!
Honestly, how can you not love gnomes? They're the cutest, sweetest little things on the planet. I've been wanting a little gnome village garden since we did our Patio Landscaping project last year and created the perfect space for it.
This little spot beside the walkway to the chicken pen was just messy and full of weeds, and we cleaned it all up and filled it with pea gravel. I knew immediately what would eventually come of this spot...it just took me a year to get it together!

Just so you'll believe that not all of my gardening is void of actual plants, I wanted to share this post from 2015. Gardening Day is always a fun day, and the pic above is one of my faves from that same year. We actually didn't plant flowers or spread mulch in the backyard terrace this year (we've been working on the front instead), and I don't ever want to skip it again! Will you pop in there and leave me a comment? I'd love to hear what you think about our pretty flowers, and maybe you can give me some motivation to make sure we have them every summer!
