Tasmanian Pepperberry
They're back! We missed this exotic spice due to a small crop in 2016 but the 2017 harvest is fresh off the boat. From the forests in Tasmania, we've brought in a fresh crop of Tasmanian pepperberries. This exotic spice of the south seas has an incredible range of flavor from floral through mild camphor to a tingly pepper finish. The first time we tasted it we couldn't believe all those flavors were held in just one small berry!
