In June 2017, 256 condos sold in Sarasota with an average closed price of $346,499.
In June 2016, 240 condos sold in Sarasota with an average closed price of $313,944.

Single Family Homes

Fourteen single family homes sold on Siesta Key in June 2017 with an average closed price of $807,649.

While only Eight single family homes sold on Siesta Key in June 2016 with an average closed price of $1,115,609. (2 homes sold for $2,400,000 and $2,700,000 respectively which brought the average UP!)

Condominiums

Twenty-three condos sold on Siesta Key in June 2017 with an average closed price of $557,478.
