Councilmember Charles Allen to Visit
NoMa Summer Screen on July 26
 

Ward 6 Week, which kicks off today, is Councilmember Charles Allen's seven-day celebration of the numerous, diverse neighborhoods he represents and some of the attractions and free events they have to offer.

As part of that celebration, the councilmember will stop by NoMa on Wednesday evening to watch Wag the Dog, this week's Summer Screen movie.

You are invited to join us and say hello to Councilmember Allen and his staff, stop by one of the food trucks for dinner, and enjoy a movie that Roger Ebert called "a satire that contains just enough realistic ballast to be teasingly plausible; like Dr. Strangelove, it makes you laugh, and then it makes you wonder."
