Mercy me
 As much as we all think we have control over our lives this past week, before writing my article, I am reminded about the powerful ability of nature to take over with her powerful presence.
I want to send my heart-felt prayers to all those residents in the Caribou who have been displaced due to the wild fires in BC.
I believe that while this tragedy occurs we will continue to hear sincere stories of compassion towards the evacuees and the fire fighters who are working effortlessly to contain the fires.
What I do know is that while there are times in life that we don't have control over things, like natural disasters, we do have the capacity to make daily decisions that can greatly impact our lives.
In today's article I explore how we can reclaim our vitality and joy for our lives by shifting our prospective. I look forward to hearing from you, my readers, about what decisions you can make daily to improve the quality of your life with simple choices.
