Interview Opportunity: Tell Us About the Health Data You Track
Some people keep a record of information related to their health and wellness. For example, some people record what they eat and how many calories their food contains. Others might keep track of how many steps they walk in a day, or track blood pressure or weight over time. Still others record more specific data related to chronic health conditions, using medical devices, such as blood glucometer to help manage their symptoms or health outcomes.
Our team is conducting interviews with people who track their health data, to help us learn how this information can be better incorporated into healthcare delivery and day-to-day patient care. If you track your own health data, or health data for someone else, and would be interested in participating in a 60-minute interview to tell us more about your experience, please complete the brief survey here.
