It was fantastic seeing the purple and green back on the courts again.

Summer Season
The registrations for the summer season are now open. Each player should have received notification on how to register. If you are considering trying out for Talent Identified Players Program (TIP) with BNA, then we request that you don't register with Wavell until the TIP teams have been announced.

BNA Club Carnival - Sunday 6th August.
If you have organised a team for the BNA Club Carnival and require an umpire, urgently get in contact with us so we can organise an umpire for you. If you are interested in registering a team, then you need to do so before the 22nd July 2017. Please remember that all players must be registered with Netball Qld.

Finals
With only 2 more games left in the regular season, Wavell will have a great presence in the finals.

Congratulations to Madeline Jones (Vice President and Wavell Whiplash Coach) who got engaged over the break to her finance James.

Umpire Beginners Training

The next BNA Beginner Umpires’ Course will be held on the following dates and times:

Week 1 – Wednesday 9th August 5.00 to 6.00 pm.
Week 2 – Wednesday 16th August 5.00 to 6.00 pm.
Week 3 – Wednesday 23rd August 5.00 to 6.00 pm.
Practical sessions will be held when Summer season commences October 3rd onwards
Cost: $75.00 (includes AANA Rule Book and whistle)
Age: Candidates MUST be 13
Registration form and payment to be received no later than 5th August 2017
