Statement Re: Northern Beaches Charity Ball 2017

Its now only 14 weeks until the third Northern Beaches Charity Ball and everything is in place for a night to blow your socks off! For those of you who have attended in previous years, this event will be next level!

The aim has always been to raise money to buy medical equipment for our local hospitals (Manly and Mona Vale) in as a result of the past two events we have purchased equipment for both children's departments.

However, we received information from The Humpty Dumpty Foundation last week that they have received a directive from NSW Health not to list any requests for Manly or Mona Vale Hospitals. This is due to the downsizing of both hospitals and the building of the new Northern Beaches Hospital at French's Forest.

This does not change our commitment to raise money for The Foundation and help save Australian Children.

In discussion with the Foundation, we have agreed to receive a list of desperately needed medical equipment, for Australian children and maternity departments shortly before the ball, and target these items for purchase as a result of the night. The ball format will remain the same so we can raise as much as possible.

We need your support - in turn we will make sure you have an awesome night!

You will be given a location close to Manly Wharf to meet on the night (Saturday 28th October) for 6:00pm. From there private transportation has been arranged to take you on a short 10 minute ride to the ball location where you will be met with champagne and music (and maybe a hug with Humpty Dumpty himself)!

The night includes all drinks, a fantastic three course meal (prepared by a top celebrity chef), a live band, all the dance moves you can bring and transportation back to Manly Wharf. (If you need to leave early, transportation is available - you are not going to be completely isolated). If you want to stay and extend the fun, limited accommodation is also available but must be booked beforehand.
