We have today received a request from Michael Beach, Chairman of The Arts Society East Surrey Area, asking if we would advise members of a special Arts Society event to be held on Friday 8 September.
In his letter to Chairman Richard Seymour he said:
The very dynamic Mole Valley Heritage Open Days Committee has arranged an Arts Society event to be held at The Leatherhead Theatre on Friday 8 September. It is aimed to promote the Arts Society and it is hoped that it will encourage a lot of the general public to come along to a fascinating lecture.
I hope that you, members and their friends will be interested in the event and book tickets.
The Tickets are free - but a donation can be made on the night!
Naturally, Richard is keen to help promote the occasion and hopes that Walton on the Hill members will feel able to join him in supporting it.
