Dear Readers,

Today's newsletter is going to be on the short side. But the biggest news is that we've extended the Pink Things Vol. IV deadline to September 1! The other news? We are officially a "we"! I've added two brilliant and talented (and international!) women to the team and you'll meet them later this week <3

I'm moving to NYC September 1st, which is also my 23rd birthday. It's exactly what I want, and I am so excited! The fourth issue of Pink Things will be produced there, and I will grow my career and personal interests from one of the greatest cities in the world! I cannot wait. But that means this newsletter is a little on the light side. No worries, it will go back to normal soon!

In case you didn't know, or have missed them lately, I also write a personal short essay every week to accompany our related articles for the week, published each Saturday morning. You can keep up with me there, and read some amazing articles that I have sourced for our audience. They range from sexual and political to down right silly. I hope that this can be a resource for all of you reading this — for support, news coverage, and intersectional feminist conversation <3

In this August newsletter, you can find more info about the extended deadline of our LBGTQ+ issue, some new content, some old content, and a prompt for August if you want to submit to pinkthingsmag.com this month!

I love you so much, and I can't wait to share the budding collaborations we have coming up! I hope you'll enjoy them and keep reading this August. (Can you believe it's August?!)

xoxo Sarah
Editor of Pink Things
