It's hard to believe it's already time for our quarterly reach out! Our growth these past few months has been amazing, and there's so much good stuff to share that we're not even sure where to start. Despite all the great news, first and foremost our goal is to delight your inbox with visually appealing images and thought-provoking messages to better your day. We recently wrapped our pilot event for the Level Up Guided Meditation Program and Green Tree Yoga & Meditation was our gracious host for the occasion. Jasmine guided the group through breathing exercises and additional techniques to help start and deepen a meditation practice, followed by a group discussion about common questions and obstacles that get in the way of incorporating meditation into everyday life.  A great question that came up is one we think you’ll benefit from the answer to…

How do you find silence when everything around you is noisy?!
The name of that game is patience with your practice. Your practice is not about when the conditions will be ideal since there will most likely never be a “perfect” set of circumstances, but finding quiet in the mind is still available and gets easier with consistent repetition. Consistency gradually builds to a daily habit, and patience with yourself in the process is crucial to making sure you don’t quit before you even get started. The true growth is gained when you show up to the mat anyway, despite everything else that may be going on in your life. The conditions are ideal as soon as you make the decision to develop your practice.

With all of our new offerings, we are showing and proving ways to better your mindset, deepen your meditation practice, and rise up to the greatness that is inherently within you. One of the greatest benefits in taking time for ourselves is finding the renewed energy to jump back into our goals and workstreams with joy and a clear, uncluttered mind. When we work from this place in our personal and professional lives and stay truly present in our day-to-day, we start to experience the incredible fun and power found in what can only be referred to as flow.

Your girls are truly running their race and knocking down goals one by one. We hope you’re doing the same and would love to hear what projects you’re working on and how we might be able to help. We’re always looking for ways to collaborate, and who better to do that with than you!
