Join us for National Night Out - August 1, 6:30pm at Halifax

Please make plans to meet your neighbors and walk over to Halifax Community Center for National Night Out on Tuesday, August 1.
The Mordecai CAC leadership team and neighbors from the Village of Pilot Mill are hosting an ice cream social for National Night Out on Tuesday August 1, 6:30-7:30PM at the Halifax Community Center.
**What to expect:
-Ice Cream!
-Popsicles
-Playground
-Popcorn
-Raleigh Police Department + K9s
-Fun goodies to be handed out for adults and children
-Friendly neighbors
**What to bring : yourself, your family, and your neighbors.
**Rain plan: If the weather is bad we will move inside the lobby of the community center and under the protected porch area.
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live. For more information about National Night Out, visit natw.org/
The MCAC covers several downtown neighborhoods, including Historic Mordecai, Oakdale, Pilot Mill, East Mordecai, Capital Park, and part of Historic Oakwood (to Boundary).
