The REV Asia co-founder dream team (missing Luke Elliott and Joel Neoh)
Yesterday marked the completion of our sale of REV Asia Holdings to Media Prima Digital, which is a bittersweet moment for me. To imagine that it started with acquiring a bankrupt magazine title, which we made work through sheer grit and determination. We then doubled the size of our publishing business, made a full pivot to online media and became one of the rare profitable online companies in the region. I'm incredibly proud of REV's world class leadership team - Tze Khay, Jacky, Sam, Chris and Judith. Without their dedication and passion, all this truly could not have happened. It has also been a pleasure to work with super entrepreneurs, Khailee and Joel.
July also marked an exciting milestone for the iflix team, with the launch of their first original production Oi, Jaga Mulut! in Malaysia. This is just one of many yet to come, great work by Mark Francis and his team for making this happen.
We may be more than halfway through the year, but we still have exciting plans underway...wait for it!
