Collaborative Applicants must upload and attach The 2017 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition Report downloaded from HUD's Homelessness Data Exchange (HDX) when they submit their FY 2017 CoC Consolidated Application through e-snaps.

Update to the 2017 CoC Competition Report

• The HDX CoC Competition Report was updated on Friday, August 4 to exclude Overflow and Seasonal Beds in the HMIS Bed Coverage Rate table for Emergency Shelters Beds.
• Collaborative Applicants who downloaded the 2017 Competition Report prior to Friday, August 4 should download the updated report prior to uploading and submitting their FY 2017 CoC Application in e-snaps.
