Congrats to Sara Blackwood!
She has worked super hard in her SwimAmerica station and has moved up to the next station.
Keep up the good work!
Why is stretching / dry land necessary before swim training?

Dry land is a great place to create muscle balance by training muscle groups that complement the repetitive movements of swimming. Training your supporting muscles and creating a more balanced body will help prevent injuries and increase your strength, endurance and speed in the pool.
