30 Day Pilates Challenge for the month of September
- 16 classes per month (any reformer or mat/yoga).
- 1.5 hour Nutrition seminar at Lifeworks.
- Free Pilates Theraband for travel or home practice.
- Online group support forum and platform to share tips and inspiration for the month
- There'll be extra classes on the timetable during September!
