Free Summer Bus Tours
Last tour coming up this weekend. Bus holds 18 people, first 18 there get to attend. Tours start at the Reiman-Sommons House at 11 am.
Kids Summer Field Trips
Each tour will be for about 2-4 hours. Cost will be $10 per attendee (child or adult). Bring a sack lunch for all the trips and we will find a place to eat while on the tour and also try to let the kids run around and play for a while. There are liability forms to sign for both the Recreation Center and also some of the locations, please stop in at the Activity Center and we can get you registered and fill out the paperwork. Limited to the first 15 kids to sign up. Sign up ONLINE HERE or stop in at the Activity Center.
Summer Cinema @ the Gorge
The Pearly Whites are proud to partner with Quincy Valley School for an outdoor movie this summer at The Gorge Amphitheater, thanks to Live Nation! This year's event will consist of concessions and an outdoor showing of the 1982 blockbuster hit E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial (Rated PG). All proceeds will benefit both Quincy Valley School and Seattle Children's Hospital! So mark your calendars for Friday August 11th, gates open at 7PM. Come grab a spot on the grass, purchase some yummy snacks from our concession stands and watch the sunset. The movie will begin at dusk. Entry is FREE however you must purchase a $20 parking pass good for maximum 6 people per vehicle. Absolutely no pets, personal food, drinks, or coolers allowed.

Summer Movies in the Park
Desert Sun Dental and Quincy Recreation Department present the third of our summer movie series. We will be playing Pete's Dragon on Saturday Aug. 26. Our Fourth movie of the summer (reschedule from earlier) will be SING to be played on Saturday Sept. 30.
The movie will start at dusk out at the Stage at Lauzier Park. Look forward to seeing lots of faces to watch the movie with us. More information and promotion to come as we get closer to the movie dates.

Check out the vendors who will be out on Saturday! Back to normal hours by the way! 9am-2pm!
Come the the Quincy Farmer's Market every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month thru Sept. 2017. Come out the Lauzier Park between 8-2 on those Saturdays and enjoy the atmosphere and see all the goodies for sale from the local artists and local farms. Come enjoy a Morning at the Market. Next Market is this Saturday August 19.

Pickleball Fun
Pickleball is being played at Lauzier Park on Tues and Friday mornings at 9:00 am and again on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm. Newcomers are welcome at any of these times. Stop in and check out the Pickleball Craze.
