News from Changes and the Mental Health community in Bristol

There's still time for us Bristolians to unleash our inner pirates and join in! Together we can rule the Bristol Channel and leave our competitors sobbing in our wake. The Dragon Boat Races will be on 2nd September this year and we need people to row our boat and to help out on dry land with our stall.

You'll need to raise £125 in sponsorship to be a rower so if you've not done so yet, now is definitely the time to sign up! Do email Jason@changesbristol.org.uk if you'd like a place and for help in linking a fundraising page to our own.

It's a really fun event and there are lots of stalls on the quayside to investigate as well as watching the exciting action on the water.

This will be held on Wednesday 30th August from 1 - 3 pm at Barton Hill Settlement.

The first part of the meeting will be for members of the Knowle, Hartcliffe and Easton groups only (this is because we have different funding for these groups and they operate slightly differently)
and then all are welcome to join us from 1.45pm.

If you are unable to make it to the forum but you have comments or ideas that you'd like to feed back, please do write down your thoughts and give them to your meeting facilitators to pass on.

Please let us know by Friday 25th August if you plan to attend.
