Loving Your Neighbor as Yourself

This year marks the 9th Rainbow Express camp at EvFree Fullerton - the 9th summer we've paused our summer schedules to dedicate a week fully focused on joining together people who are not normally encouraged to be in relationship with each other. This summer, 32 students ages 5-12, without disabilities, chose to spend five hours daily engaging and befriending a student their same age with a disability. Twenty-four typical teenagers chose to sacrifice their last days of summer break to love on and lead 24 teens with disabilities on an outing daily. Ninety teens and young adults volunteered to join in the vision of “loving your neighbor as yourself” by serving as counselors...

Winsome Persuasion Seminar

August 13, 2017, 6:00pm in the Chapel

Join us for a seminar exploring the idea of "Winsome Persuasion." Led by Biola professors Tim Muehlhoff and Rick Langer, this seminar is based on their recently released book of the same title: Winsome Persuasion: Sharing the Gospel in Truth, Love & Civility. They will share practical strategies on how to have civil and productive conversations with co-workers, family and friends. Books will be available for purchase that evening. “Plug-in” with Sermon Based Discussion

Beginning August 27, 11:30-12:30.

Ever have some questions about the sermon? Want some “deliverables” to take home about how to apply the passage? Want to connect with others in a small group setting? “Plug-in” is for both newcomers, those not connected at EvFree and those who have been around for years. Each week we will talk through questions from Darin’s message. In small groups of 6-8 people, it is an easy time to get to know others and better understand the day’s Bible text. David Fletcher, our Executive Pastor will lead “Plug-in” from 11:30-12:30 each Sunday morning in the Commons.

Volunteers Needed—ISM Furniture Giveaway

Our International Student Ministry is having their annual Furniture Giveaway on August 19. This is a practical and tangible way to show Christ's love by providing them with basic furniture for their apartments. Many volunteers are needed to make this happen so please join us!
