2) Humana will not work in Chrome.
AHIP is OPEN! If you fail the first AHIP test, please call Tom to ask questions before attempting it again. You only get 3 chances to pass it.
Most recertifications are ready to go. If you have any question contact Alison at alison@tomtaylorinsurancegroup.com or the carrier tech support if it is sign in problems.
Remember that some carrier sites are still not Chrome or Foxfire friendly and you may have to use another browser such as Internet Explorer to do the recertifications. If you are using Microsoft Edge, you should revert it to IE to do your certifications so that you do not get to the testing and not be able to complete it,

If you are in a Walmart Store, you need to have your recertifications completed and uploaded to DirectHealth no later than 9/1/2017.
You have to have 2 carriers completed and RTS on their agents portal.
