Daytona Speedway is a motor racing track near Daytona Beach. Since opening in 1959, it has been the home to the Daytona 500, the most prestigious race in NASCAR.

The track is a short drive from Orlando. Even if you’re not here during a race weekend, it is still a great place to visit. You can take a tour or even try the Richard Petty Driving Experience.

“This place is huge and has tons of history. You don't need to be a NASCAR fan to enjoy the venue. We ended our trip with an inexpensive yet very informative tour of Daytona Speedway. Seeing as I'm not a race fan, I was incredibly enthralled and geeked out about the tour.”
