The ADBI seminar was held in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea (PNG) on 26–27 July, and organized with PNG's Department of National Planning and Monitoring. Department Secretary Hakaua Harry and ADBI Dean Naoyuki Yoshino welcomed the participants, who came from academia, think tanks, and Pacific Island governments.
