Pioneering Collaborative Leadership Report Published
|

Workforce Scotland recently commissioned What Works Scotland to produce an evaluation report on our Pioneering Collaborative Leadership Programme. The Pioneer Programme has been established to provide skilled facilitation to collaborative groups and leaders from across public service partners who are working together to tackle real, complex and systemic issues.
|
|
|
Learning and inquiry are put at the heart of real work, explicitly drawing on and being informed by models and theories appropriate to leadership and transformation. It is also deliberative and developmental for leaders who participate in the approach.
|
|
|
The report covers the early experience of delivering Pioneering Collaborative Leadership over its first 18 months, from March 2015 until November 2016. It builds on a prior report published last year about its initial development phase, and the learning from that collaborative experience.

Fire Starter Festival 2018
|

The Fire Starter Festival will be back in 2018! We've listened to your feedback and have added an extra week to the festival, making it easier for hosts and participants to maximise their experience and impact throughout the Festival. You can join in, either hosting an event or attending one between 29 January and 9 February 2018.
As part of the run up to Fire Starter Festival 2018 we will be hosting taster sessions throughout the autumn. These tasters will allow potential hosts and participants a chance to find out a little more about the festival, and to start to think about the fires that they can start in 2018.

We are pleased to launch a series of new videos to promote the Fire Starter Festival. These videos range from short 30 second soundbites to a 4 minute film shared below. The videos can be found on the Fire Starter Festival website and on our vimeo channel. We hope that you will share these videos and that they will inspire you and your colleagues to participate in Fire Starter Festival 2018.
