Hey you.
Hope you are doing well.
I've been observing the prevalence of mental illness and depression in the world lately.
I think Linkin Park front man Chester Bennington's recent suicide is what triggered it.
He didn't leave a suicide note and had 6 kids.
Come to think of it, I listened to his latest album and the entire album (collectively) is essentially a suicide letter. The song "One More Light" from one of his last performances is literally about suicide.
Plus, this interview gives a glimpse of how his brain worked.
Anyway, in the usual fashion of sharing what I am up to in the beginning of the digest, I figured I'd share.
As far as the digest today, it's super short.
If you have any thoughts you'd like to share, just hit reply. I am here.
Until next time, my friend, Dilanka
Contemplation:
When lost in pain or guilt and shame, Afraid to make it through: Remember this: you’re not to blame, No matter what you do. Though always darkest fears and doubt Will wander through your mind, You’ll push those empty feelings out, And leave those thoughts behind. No matter what the aim or end, You’ll bravely stand above - And boldly make it right, my friend. You’ll choose the best for love.

I've covered Desktop Metal MANY times on the digest in the past.
This is a good analysis of what they are likely going to do.

This is a story about a 16-year-old high school student that built an AI System that helped diagnosed her grandfather's eye disease.
The cool thing is that several key components of her invention contain 3D Printed objects.
