Awareness and Attunement
Greetings Friends ~
Already the days grow shorter, the nights longer in this waning summer. As we move toward fall and the deep of winter, I recognize and appreciate even more my connection to the inner source of illumination. Given the times in which we are living, deepening our awareness and attunement practices is essential for well-being. I've just returned from an utterly restorative two week cleanse and meditation retreat. In this place of beauty, my only responsibility was to let-go, let healing and health come to me and drop deep into the simple, beautiful nature of being alive. Having cleansed away layers of sludge in the body and mind, I am happy and renewed and ready to open the temple gates. Please join us in the Temple of Song this fall and winter.
Half Day Meditation Retreat

These 1/2 day retreats have been created to make it as easy as possible to go inward, to relax yourself awake and re-energize your life. The format works magnificently. It is long enough to truly touch into yourself, let-go of doing and thinking to feel the bliss of silence… AND, it is short enough so that you do not have to rearrange your world to go to a long retreat. Silence and song, movement and stillness are our guides. Oh... And the Yuba River is waiting for you afterwards! Over night camping with all facilities available for small fee.
