Pray for recruitment of new students to participate in Bridges Youth Development (BYD) High School Ministry in the community of Samora at Sophumela High School and Zisukhanyo High School
Pray for the Bridges staff as they prepare a parenting workshop for the BYD parents in September
Wednesday, August 16: Philippi CHE: Partnerships!
Pray for the new partnership between Bridges of Hope and a South African non-profit called Bambanani to be concluded as we are drafting the Memorandum Of Understanding this week. Praise God that they want to partner with Bridges to minister to children in Philippi
Pray for the partnership with Sanchen from the Non-Profit called UNISA to bear good fruit in the community
Thursday, August 17: Dennis Travels to Ethiopia to Teach
Please pray for me (Dennis) as I travel to Ethiopia today to teach Teach the Community Health Evangelism (CHE) Training of Trainers 2 to the students in the 4th round of the Masters Program in Mekele
Pray that the students will be effective in ministering in their communities and training their CHE Committees in the next three months

Sandisiwe Lewu (13 years old) would like God to help her mother get a permanent job and wants her big brother to stop abusing alcohol
