An early spring led to an incredibly warm summer in 2014. In fact, it was the most heat we had seen since 2003, when our vineyards were still hayfields. The summer heat continued into a long and warm fall, giving us ideal conditions to ripen even our most stubborn varieties. It was one of the those vintages that made you wonder when exactly the ‘cool’ part of cool-climate viticulture was going to show up.

Our 2016 Gewurztraminer is highly aromatic and fruit forward, bursting with flavours of bright citrus and subtle floral notes. Excellent on its own, or paired with spicy Asian cuisine.
Melannie’s Notes: This fantastic white was featured at the Chilliwack Art of Wine Festival. It is very limited and I was able to bring it in especially for our CLUB! I am not normally a Gewurztraminer aficionado but this one stood out to me big time. Perfectly well balanced and just incredible flavours. Easily one of the nicest, most easy drinking Gewurztraminers I’ve ever had. Enjoy!
