Saudi Arabia
Reopened Relations
Saudi Arabia has temporarily reopened its borders to Qatari religious pilgrims. Despite the ongoing political dispute between the two countries, Saudi Arabia has decided to open its borders to Hajj pilgrims from Qatar, who wish to travel to the Saudi city of Mecca. This invitation will be offered until the end of the event on the 1st of September, at which point it is unclear what will happen to the border. Qatari pilgrims are free to cross the land border between the two countries as well as arrive at any Saudi airport.
