The 2017 festival is presented by Dr. Kasongo Kapanga of the University of Richmond and guest curator Dr. Aliko Songolo of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The IFS offers a program of films expertly curated by University of Richmond faculty with a mission to spark conversation and build bridges through meaningful dialogue. We invite audiences to join moderated post-film discussions and share insight. Free and open to the public, all films are screened in their original language with English subtitles.
