Clean-up of Duplicate Data
SportsTG have begun a data cleansing exercise involving streamlining the national membership number in the system and resolving member records that are the same person. As an administrator, you may have noticed that late this week your number of duplicate records has now decreased - this is as a result of the recent data clean exercise we completed.

Once this has been finalised, duplicate records will then be able to be resolved at all levels of the database, we anticipate this functionality will be available to administrators at all levels early next week.

Update to the members listing
We have now included an additional tab within the members listing screen, which quickly and easily identifies those members who are financial at different levels of the Baseball network. Red indicates they are unfinancial, and Green indicates they are financial at that particular level.

Registrations Report
There is a new registration report which has been released into the system, this will display any payments for registration fees that relate to your organisation. You have the ability to filter and export this list as required to maintain a report on who has registered and paid within your organisation. This can be accessed by clicking on Memberships > Finances.
 

• Ability to test the registration form without the test data entering the member's listing 
• Ability to refund registration fees (in certain circumstances) at state, association, and club level
• Ability to resolve duplicates
• Ability to create ladder, statistic, and competition templates within the Competitions Modules (applicable mainly to Association/League and State Competition Administrators)
