Agile Intervision

Every coach needs a coach!

Many of you have been busy with the Agile2017 conference, so I simplified the find-a-guest process by bringing you ... me!

I'm a Co-Active coach, who coaches leaders and coaches on the phone. I also teach basic coaching skills and Open Space facilitation to help leaders enhance teamwork.

To stay healthy, grounded, and creative, every coach needs a coach from time to time, to help us see ourselves more clearly. I have hired different coaches at different times, as should you, when you need one. But for basic feedback, peer coaching can be a helpful, accessible solution.

I will introduce the Agile Intervision format, developed at AgileCoachCamp Germany. You can read more at Agile-Intervision.org . And, (if we have a volunteer with a case to coach!) I will facilitate a group of 5 in a live 30-minute Agile-Intervision, followed by our usual Lean Coffee™.
