Hi all!
How has your summer been? I wish I could say I’ve had a lazy, relaxing one, but it’s actually been so busy I’ve barely had time to breathe in the last month since The Ends of the World came out.
I’ve been trying to unwind here and there with my husband and cats, enjoying the little bit of a rainy season New Mexico gets every year (who else thinks rainy days are the best? I’m always so happy when I see rain on the forecast…), and watching Game of Thrones, along with most of the rest of the world. (Dragons!!) And since summer is almost over and I could swear it just started, I’m trying to wring the last bits of warm weather fun out of this month.
Do you guys ever make seasonal bucket lists? Some of the things still on my summer one are:
-Make s’mores (since we have a fire pit in our back yard, it seems like a shame to waste it)
-Brunch picnic in the park
-Make fancy hipster popsicles
-Get a cute tiny lemon tree (look how adorable!)
I hope you guys have had a more relaxing summer than I have, and if not, there’s still time for all of us, right??
Happily, I have had time to chat with you guys on Twitter and Instagram and email, and I’m so very grateful for all of you who have read the book and reached out! Hearing from people who loved the book has been the very best part of this whole experience. I adore you guys, if I haven’t already said it enough.
