If you have not placed an order with me within the last 6 months, there are a couple of ways to get your hands on the new Holiday catalogue and my handmade sample note card.

1. Place an order via my Online Store and I'll pop one in the post for you FREE of charge.

2. Pay only $2, to cover the cost of postage to you.
Your catalogue and handmade note card will be posted once payment has been received.
Payments are requested to be made via bank deposit. Upon completing and submitting this registration form, I will forward you payment details.
