A Word From Dr. A

This Thanksgiving season I am reminded of all of the blessings and gifts I have been given and I include you in that list! Our school families are indeed a precious treasure to me and all the staff here. Without you and your support - financial and otherwise - Killian Hill Christian School would not exist! I have known so many of you for only a short time, but you are a blessing in my life through your encouragement, friendship, and love. I speak for all of the teachers and staff at KHCS when I say, "THANK YOU!" As we count our blessings this Thanksgiving, our KHCS family will be in our minds and hearts!

This week marked the last week of our fall Elementary Club season. We will take a break from these fun-filled clubs for now and start them back up for the spring season in February. Thank you to all our wonderful club coaches and sponsors who volunteered their time to run, paint, sing, cheer, explore, kick, read, and learn with our students over these last few months; we are so grateful for your investment into these awesome activities! This semester we had the following clubs for grades 3-6: Cheerleading, Art, Book Buddies, Color Guard, Kilometer Kids, Strings, Girls Soccer, and STEM club! We've included some pictures below of all the fun! This is a good time to remind you of our special basketball Junior League club which will start January 11. Be looking for details and sign-ups in the next few weeks!

We won't be sending out a Paw Prints next week since the school will be closed all week. Please note that we are looking ahead and listing events two calendar weeks ahead in this edition!
