GHSA RECORD BOOKS
Bailey Fisher (Rabun SR QB) re-wrote the record books. Here's where he stands in GHSA history

PASSING YDS, SEASON (3,341) 31st Place
PASSING TD, SEASON (43) 10th Place
PASSING YDS, CAREER (9,383) 6th Place
PASSING TD, CAREER (113) 5th Place

Rabun County's offense (684 pts) ranks 6th all-time and 45.6 points per game ranked first in the entire state in 2017 (in all classifications). Kudos to OC Jaybo Shaw and HC Lee Shaw on that accomplishment!

GIRLS HOOPS REPORT:
Top-10 Teams: #2 Rabun (8-1), #6 Banks (6-2) and #6 Dawson (7-3) are off to great starts. Rabun and Banks play in the same region, so their upcoming game will be one to watch. Habersham Central (0-9) still searches for its first win, while Stephens (5-6), White (7-4), Lumpkin (4-4), Union (5-3), Towns (3-6), Commerce (4-4) and Tallulah Falls (5-8) make up the rest of the pack.

Towns is on the bubble at 6-3. Habersham (2-8), Lumpkin (1-7), Commerce (1-6) and Tallulah Falls (6-7) are looking for traction, while Rabun (0-9) is just looking for that elusive first win.
