19 November is World Toilet Day!  


Greetings WASH Community!

In honour of World Toilet Day this month, we are convening a webinar focusing on affordable sanitation strategies. We hope you will plan to join us!

We will hear from presenters from World Vision Bangladesh and World Vision Australia. We will also have a guest presenter from iDE – a global organisation working to build markets in 14 countries,  to boost income and livelihood opportunities for poor, rural households.

The webinar will be on Tuesday, 28 November, at 0400h UTC. (This will fall on Monday, 27 November, for participants in the Americas.) A selection of time zone conversions is below. You can calculate your own time zone here:
  • Monday, 27 November: 2000h PST/2300h EST
  • Tuesday, 28 November: 1000h BST/0500h CET/0700h EAT/1500h AEDT
