(whether he/she is meeting standards, strengths, areas needing improvement).
Discuss how you can support learning at home and at school.
Ask questions.

Honor Roll Lunch
Mr. Escamilla cooked up a delicious lunch to help our First Quarter Honor Roll students and their families celebrate!
Paper Tigers
The ReStart teachers viewed the film Paper Tigers, as part of the Teacher In-Service Day on November 3rd. Paper Tigers is a documentary film, which follows select students and staff at an alternative high school, in Washington State. This school has radically changed their approach to student discipline, and understanding the role trauma plays in a young person's cognitive and emotional growth.

Paper Tigers highlights the fact that one caring adult, can help break the cycle of adversity,
in a young person's life.
