The City of Cleveland has announced the parking fee structure for the newly renovated West Side Market parking lot. A $1 per hour fee - with a daily maximum of $10 - will apply after 6 p.m. daily. Before 6 p.m., however, there will be 90 minutes of free parking before the hourly fee and maximum charge kicks in. An official starting date for this fee structure has not been announced.
