EACC Annual General Meeting - Sat. 25th November 2017

Apologies for the late publication of papers for this year's Annual General Meeting.
The AGM will take place as previously announced, on Saturday 25th November 2017 from 10 am until 12 noon. Venue: The Business Centre, City Chambers, Edinburgh EH1 1YJ
I addition to the business of the AGM, Paul Lawrence, Executive Director for Place has been invited to give a talk about the City Region Deal and the evolution of the Place Directorate since he took office in 2015.

At the EACC meeting on 12th October 2017 it was agreed that a letter be written to the Council Leader expressing concern over the apparent lack of community council input and involvement in the Locality Outcome Improvement Plans (LOIPs) and the Locality Report. The letter and response only received yesterday is attached. Letter to Council Leader
Notice of AOCB items to the Secretary at least 24 hrs prior to the meeting. It will be at the Chair's discretion to discuss these items.
